The practice does not bulk bill. Fees are reviewed periodically and you will always be told of any changes in advance.

If your GP prepares a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), or you have a valid specialist referral from a psychiatrist or paediatrician, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.
Current Medicare rebate: $149.05 per 50-minute session, paid after full payment of the appointment fee (rebate amounts are set by Medicare and subject to change).

If you do not have a Mental Health Care Plan or specialist referral, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health insurance, depending on your level of extras cover. Please check directly with your insurer to confirm your entitlements. A receipt is provided after payment so you can submit your claim. Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed for the same session.
To help you keep track of your session, we send an SMS reminder five days before your appointment. Please make sure your contact details are up to date so you reliably receive these reminders.
We understand that plans sometimes change. We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, and appointments that are not attended, incur a fee of $240.
The practice operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, so weekends are not counted in the 48-hour notice period. For example, if your appointment is on a Monday, please cancel by the preceding Thursday to avoid the fee.
Payment is due at the time of your session. We accept EFTPOS, credit card and bank transfer. Once your appointment is paid in full, your Medicare rebate can be claimed through the Medicare app or processed at the practice.
