One-on-one sessions for children, adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Together we explore what is getting in your way and build practical, meaningful strategies for change. Sessions run for 50 minutes. Approaches may include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
Anxiety is one of the most common and most treatable psychological conditions. Whether it is constant worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive patterns, phobias or performance anxiety, therapy can help you understand what is happening and build genuine, lasting relief.
Feeling flat, hopeless or disconnected from the things you used to enjoy is exhausting. Greg offers a supportive, structured approach to help lift the weight of depression, rebuild self-esteem and restore a sense of purpose and vitality.
Change, even positive change, can be hard. Job loss, grief and loss, illness, chronic pain or injury, and other major life shifts can all benefit from professional support to help you find your footing again.
Difficult and frightening experiences can leave a lasting imprint. Using evidence-based approaches, Greg provides a safe, steady space to work through acute and post-traumatic stress at a pace that feels manageable for you.
With a background specialising in child and adolescent mental health, Greg supports younger clients and their families across a range of presentations, including ADHD, tic disorders, high-functioning autism (Level 1), oppositional and behavioural difficulties, separation anxiety and childhood sleep problems.
